MMGN Services Group LLC.TOS(TermsofService).
WesupporttheuncensoredflowofinformationandideasovertheInternetanddonotactivelymonitorsubscriber
activityundernormalcircumstances.Similarly,wedonotexerciseeditorialcontroloverthecontentofanywebsite,e-
mailtransmission,newsgroups,orothermaterialcreatedoraccessibleoverorthroughtheservices,exceptforcertain
proprietaryWebsites.However,inaccordancewithourTOS(TermsofService),wemayremoveanymaterialsthat,in
oursolediscretion,maybeillegal,maysubjectustoliability,orwhichmayviolatethisAUP.MMGN Services Group LLC.may
cooperatewithlegalauthoritiesand/orthirdpartiesintheinvestigationofanysuspectedorallegedcrimeorcivil
wrongdoing.YourviolationofthisAUPmayresultinthesuspensionorimmediateterminationofeitheryour

Preservetheprivacyandsecurityofindividualusers
IfaMMGN Services Group LLC.accountisusedtoviolatetheAcceptableUsePolicyorourTOS,wereservetherightto
terminateyourservicewithoutnotice.Weprefertoadvisecustomersofinappropriatebehaviorandanynecessary
correctiveaction,however,flagrantviolationsoftheAcceptableUsePolicywillresultinimmediateterminationof
service.Ourfailuretoenforcethispolicy,forwhateverreason,shallnotbeconstruedasawaiverofourrighttodoso
atanytime.

activities.
HarmtoMinors:UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.servicetoharm,orattempttoharm,minorsinanyway,
including,butnotlimitedtochildpornography.
Threats:UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.servicetotransmitanymaterial(bye-mail,uploading,postingor
otherwise)thatthreatensorencouragesbodilyharmordestructionofproperty.
Harassment:UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.servicetotransmitanymaterial(bye-mail,uploading,postingor
otherwise)thatharassesanother.
FraudulentActivity:UseofMMGN Services Group LLC.servicetomakefraudulentofferstosellorbuyproducts,
items,orservices,ortoadvanceanytypeoffinancialscamsuchas"pyramidschemes","ponzischemes",and
"chainletters".
ForgeryorImpersonation:Adding,removingormodifyingidentifyingnetworkheaderinformationinaneffort
todeceiveormisleadisprohibited.Attemptingtoimpersonateanypersonbyusingforgedheadersorother
identifyinginformationisprohibited.Theuseofanonymous"remailers"ornicknamesdoesnotconstitute
impersonation.
UnsolicitedCommercialE-mail/UnsolicitedBulkemail(SPAM):UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.service
totransmitanyunsolicitedcommercialorunsolicitedbulke-mailisexpresslyprohibited.Violationsofthistype
willresultintheimmediateterminationoftheoffendingMMGN Services Group LLC.account.
DoorwayPages:Creationanduseofdoorwaypages,alsoknownasbridgepages,portalpages,jumppages,
gatewaypages,etc.,onMMGN Services Group LLC.serversforthepurposesofredirectingvisitorstootherpagesis prohibited.
Email/NewsBombing:Maliciousintenttoimpedeanotherperson'suseofelectronicmailservicesornewswill
resultintheimmediateterminationoftheoffendingMMGN Services Group LLC.account.
Email/MessageForging:Forginganymessageheader,inpartorwhole,ofanyelectronictransmission,
originatingorpassingthroughtheMMGN Services Group LLC.serviceisinviolationofthisAUP.
UnauthorizedAccess:UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.servicetoaccess,ortoattempttoaccess,theaccounts
ofothers,ortopenetrate,orattempttopenetrate,securitymeasuresofMMGN Services Group LLC.oranotherentity's
computersoftwareorhardware,electroniccommunicationssystem,ortelecommunicationssystem,whetheror
nottheintrusionresultsinthecorruptionorlossofdata,includinganyattempttoprobe,scanortestthe
vulnerabilityofasystemornetworkortobreachsecurityorauthenticationmeasureswithoutexpress
authorizationoftheownerofthesystemornetwork.
CopyrightorTrademarkInfringement:UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.servicetotransmitanymaterial(by
e-mail,uploading,postingorotherwise)thatinfringesanycopyright,trademark,patent,tradesecretorother
proprietaryrightsofanythirdparty,including,butnotlimitedto,theunauthorizedcopyingofcopyrighted
material,thedigitizationanddistributionofphotographsfrommagazines,books,orothercopyrightedsources,
andtheunauthorizedtransmittalofcopyrightedsoftware.
CollectionofPersonalData:UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.servicetocollect,orattempttocollect,personal
informationaboutthirdpartieswithouttheirknowledgeorconsent.
NetworkDisruptionsandUnfriendlyActivity:UseoftheMMGN Services Group LLC.serviceforanyactivity,which
affectstheabilityofotherpeopleorsystemstouseMMGN Services Group LLC.ServicesortheInternet.Thisincludes
"denialofservice"(DOS)attacksagainstanothernetworkhostorindividualuser.
DistributionofViruses:Intentionaldistributionsofsoftwarethatattemptstoand/orcausesdamage,
harassment,orannoyancetopersons,data,and/orcomputersystemsareprohibited.Suchanoffensewillresult
intheimmediateterminationoftheoffendingaccount.
InappropriateUseofSoftware:Useofsoftwareoranydevicethatwouldfacilitateacontinuedconnection,i.e.
pinging,whileusingMMGN Services Group LLC.servicescouldresultinsuspensionservice.
Security
Subscribersareresponsibleforanymisuseoftheiraccounts,eveniftheinappropriateactivitywascommittedbya
friend,familymember,guestoremployee.Itissubscriber’sresponsibilitytotakestepstoensurethatothersdonotgain
unauthorizedaccesstoyouraccount.Subscribersarenottousetheiraccountstobreachsecurityofanotheraccount
orattempttogainunauthorizedaccesstoanothernetworkorserver.
Accountability
Subscriberswillbeheldresponsibleandaccountableforanyactivitybythirdparties,usingtheiraccountthatviolates
guidelinescreatedwithintheAcceptableUsePolicy.
MMGN Services Group LLC.reservestherighttosuspendnetworkaccesstoanycustomerifinthejudgmentofthe
MMGN Services Group LLC.networkadministratorsthecustomer'sserveristhesourceortargetoftheviolationofanyofthe
othertermsoftheAUPorforanyotherreasonwhichMMGN Services Group LLC.chooses.Ifinappropriateactivityis
detected,allaccountsoftheSubscriberinquestionwillbedeactivateduntilaninvestigationiscomplete.Prior
notificationtotheSubscriberisnotassured.
Userswhoviolatesystemsornetworksecuritymayincurcriminalorcivilliability.MMGN Services Group LLC.willcooperate
fullywithinvestigationsofviolationsofsystemsornetworksecurityatothersites,includingcooperatingwithlaw
enforcementauthoritiesintheinvestigationofsuspectedcriminalviolations.

MMGN Services Group LLC.requeststhatanyonewhobelievesthatthereisaviolationofthisAUPdirecttheinformationto
info@mmgnservices.com.

SuspendtheSubscriber'snewsgrouppostingprivileges

BilltheSubscriberforadministrativecostsand/orreactivationcharges

RevisionsToThisAUP
MMGN Services Group LLC.reservestherighttorevise,amend,ormodifythisAUP,ourTOS(TermsofService)andour
otherpoliciesandagreementsatanytimeandinanymanner.Noticeofanyrevision,amendment,ormodificationwillbe
emailedtoeachSubscriberattheemailprovidedtotheCompany.
TheSubscriberhasreadthisAcceptableUsePolicyandagreeswithitsterms.
